Now that we’re in the thick of fall, it’s time to get back to routines. For me, it’s all about getting into a workout routine, and nothing inspires me more than cute workout clothes. The basic of my workout outfits include a high impact sports bra, compression leggings, and comfortable training sneakers. From there, I add in my personal style. In true NYC fashion, all black is a MUST! I’m also a huge fan of high-waisted pants in general, so I love high rise leggings for working out. It allows me to wear a crop top or even just a sports bra and still have coverage. Lastly, well fitting sneakers are a must have – they shouldn’t be tight (I know blisters all too well), and should feel stable.
So what exactly am I doing to get back into my workout routine? I personally LOVE yoga because it’s truly a feel good part of my life. In fact, I incorporate all kinds of bends and twists in my stretches after a gym work out. At the gym, I particularly like doing full body workouts using the rowing machine and kettlebells.
